To exchange an item, please return the item for refund and place a new order online.
To initiate a return, log in to your Timpa Lingerie account here with the email used when placing the order, and follow the instructions.
If the return request is approved, a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Returns of US orders have a flat rate of $5 which will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned:
- unworn, unwashed and undamaged (panties must be tried on over your own underwear)
- in the original packaging with all tags attached
- within 30 days of purchase
Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged/unsaleable items will not be credited or refunded. If you want to have these items returned to you, please contact us by email and include arrangements for the cost of the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
Returns are processed in 6-8 days after receipt, and refund can be expected 1-3 days after processing.
If multiple items are purchased as a bundle and are not all returned, all benefits of that order, including discounts, will be lost on the refund of the returned item.
