Return policy

We do not process exchanges. For best service and selection, please return the item(s) for refund and place a new order online.

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned
  - unworn, unwashed and undamaged (panties must be tried on over your own underwear)
  - in the original packaging with all tags attached
  - within 30 days of purchase

How do I return from the US?

  1. To start a return, please visit TimpaLingerie.com/a/returns
  2. Enter your order number and email address in the fields click Start
  3. Select the items you want to return and the reason for return
  4. You will get an email confirming the return was approved
  5. You will receive a second email with the prepaid shipping label to print at home (or to show at an eligible USPS location where they'll print the label for you)

How do I return from outside the US?

Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Are there any charges for return?

If you use the USPS printed label through our online return process, a fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your return credit

If you ship your return back yourself, no fees will be deducted. We recommend using an insured, traceable method and cannot be held accountable for lost packages.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
Returns are processed in 5-7 days after receipt, and refund can be expected 3-5 days after processing. 

    Gift

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
